Kim brings a calmness and playfulness to her classes and encourages one to become present in their body. Awareness of alignment, energy, and joyful exploration of one’s edges are woven together to create classes that are centering, strength building and fun.
A passion for movement brought Kim to study dance in college. A curiosity of the mind and a love of science led her to a BA in Psychology. Always on the path of discovery, Kim has trained and Studied: 200 Hours at Source Yoga RYS, Aerial Teacher Training at Better Days Yoga, Bob Cooley's Resistance Flexibility level 1 and 2, Accessible Yoga with Jivana Heyman, Therapeutic Yoga 1 and 2 with Cheri Clampett and Arturo Peal, Yin Yoga with Heather Tiddens, Ayurveda and Yoga with Natalie Sampila, Empower Your Teaching with Kat Connors-Longo, Yoga Philosophy with Jivana Heyman, Mindfulness with Barbara Rose Sherman, Pranayama with Ganga White and Tracey Rich, along with many others trainings and workshops, completing 500 hour RYS trainings.
Kim has found that Yoga can provide a space to ground and become present for life’s twists and turns. Her classes create an inviting space to center, play, build strength, and open your heart. Come and explore.
